Peachy Challenge 18 :: Anything Goes

I used the Tag Die from Emma new May collection and stamped it with the PK-267 Happy Bird.

You never have enough little note pads around and small enough to take with you.  Used the Bind It  All and a little Tulle to keep it closed. Enjoy!

I Got Canned

 Peachy Keen Challenge  Create a 3D object using a SOUP CAN!
So for my can I first covered it in black card stock.  Then I added the Animal Print Duck Tape
Some Pink Polka Dot ribbon and a solid Hot Pink stitched ribbon.  I used the PK-289 Mitsy Sue stamp.
For the top of the can I use CTM Flower Petal Dies and bent them over the top on the can to make the
top border.  The Rose is from AP cartridge.  Of course you can use this on you desk for you craft tools, add some flowers etc.  Enjoy...

Peachy Challenge 10 :: Just Cards :: Faux Stitching

Hi everyone.  This has been a really sad week for us at the house.
 As some of you might know we had 6 Shih Tzus doggies.  Well this week Missy who was my second fur baby got really sick and we had to put her to sleep.  Her Kidney's failed and there was nothing we could do to help.  Very Sad.

Well today I thought I would get into my craft room and change the mood a little.  

For today's challenge I used the

For this project I used Emma's new stamp set You Are Perk-fect and Die is from Coffee Break.  These are from her March release.  Cute stuff.  The background is also Emma's, Spring Chicken Barkgrounds stamped with Archival Ink, Saffron.   The punch is Martha Stewart and I used Craft Card Stock for the card.

It sure feels good to get back into my Craft room after being down with the Flu or something for 8 days.  I am almost good to go.  Hopefully tomorrow I fell like my old self.

OMG these are the new Finger Puppets from Cricut Craft Room Exclusive collection.
I downloaded them and layed them all out in Craft Room and printed them out on my E2.
Love how it all works together.

THE CHALLENGE

Create a project using the photo as inspiration. Interpret the photo ANY way you'd like, just be sure to let us in on your creative process!

For this Challenge I used the Cottage Cut Chick and got her all dolled up with a little Gingham Ribbon and glitter flower in her hair.  Cut out a fruit basket and words are mine from the computer.

Peachy Keen Challenge #03 Paper Roll

This was a fun challenge.  When this call came in I was ready because I have been making these TP roll holders for a while now.  They are so cute and useful.  My husband make the bottoms for me so they can stand and you can put stuff in them.  He makes the wood bottoms on a Scroll Saw and then I paint them to match the paper I am using.

Peachy Challenge 02 :: Photo Inspiration

I just could not resist and using this PK stamp "Free Hugs" from the PK-288 collection,  for this photo.  The photo was cut in a Heart shape using the E2 center point feature.  The multi colored heart was done with Tim Holtz inks on photo paper then cut in a heart shape also. The Pink Heart is chip board painted and then Mod Podged.  The small heart is Emma's Die and stamped
This is one of my Shih Tzu's when she was a puppy and I got this shot that is amazing. 

We did Altered Heart Books for one of our craft projects for Valentine and this is one of the pages.  My Heart Book has all my 6 Shih Tzus in it.

Here she is now all grown up and still a cutie.

So this is my first challenge for the new year.  So glad it is a PK Challenge.  I got to use this cute bunny stamp from PK that I had for a while.
Well another year, here we go.

Let's Face it Friday - Fabric Scraps

Happy rainy Monday. Just finished helping my husband put up our tree and lights.  Tomorrow I will do the fireplace.  I have lots of things from last year that I made and some new so it should look good.

For today's challenge we had to use a Fabric.  For my fabric I use Pipe Cleaner for her hat and a paper flower and some curly ribbon.  How cute is that PK face.

The card is the Gift Card from one of  Emma's Dies and a paper Rosette for the background.

For this challenge I used Duck Tape for my stripes.
PK Ginger Bread Girl which I added her bow and flower in her hat.
The smile is Emma's die cut and stamp.  I also inked the edges.

Well it is almost dinner time so I am going down to check on Tommy and see what he has cooking for dinner.  A nice glass of Red Wine and some Chit Chat with my hubby.

Let's Face it Friday - Holiday Recipe Challenge

This is a perfect challenge for me.  My husband Tommy who loves to Bake is always trying new recipes.  Every day we have something new to try and of course each one is better than the other.  The neighbors eat good.  We share with all the kiddies on the block.  They Love Tommy.

Peachy Keen Sketch Challenge #64

Hi Everyone, 

 Hope you all had a fun Halloween.  For today's sketch challenge I used one of Emma's  new stamp collection "All Around Accessories".  Too cute... I have been doing a lot more stamping lately and enjoying it.  My Cricut misses me though!

Today I have 3 challenges.  One from Creative Time with Emma.  For her challenge we had to use a Font Cartridge.  I choose Plantin School Book for the font.

Then on PK

Let's Face it Friday - Leaves

and Fantablous Cricut Challenge Blog we also had to use Leaves.

  

So I combined all three into this challenge.  Felt like I cheated but it worked.
