Let's Face it Friday - Our Furry Friends

Cute As A Button
This PK Lets Face It Challenge as always makes my day.  How can you not love those faces.

The Lion is from Life is a Party cut at 4".  Did the layout on the Gypsy so I could hide the face and used the PK stamp.

The phrase is from My Pink Stamp "Sweet Baby"

The Label was cut on the Imagine stock design and then inked with Tim Holtz distressed inks.  The tree is also from Life is a Party.  I folded it in half and put the tree on the back also.

Have a great PK day and stop by again.

Boy

Hello everyone.  Busy day today.  I need a baby gift for a shower I am going to in a few weeks so I started playing around with some ideas for a wall hanger  for his room.
Anyway it is done and I think it came out really cute.

Laugh Every Day

I was showing a few friends the other day my craft room and all my stuff.  I pulled out the PK stamps and Cottage Cuts and just did a quick demo for them and left the Duck with just his faced stamped on my work space..  Well today I had to finish what I started so here is another cute card and reminder to "Laugh Every Day."

Piece of Cake

This is a challenge me Monday #73 from
Fantabulous Cricut

Here we have a lot of elements going on.  The background is Inked on Photo Paper, then the next layer is embossed and the Cup Cake is also embossed and cut out and inked and glittered.  Add a few flowers and there you have it.  Good enough to eat.  Enjoy!

Just A Note

Good morning to all.  Yesterday I started this card but got stuck.  You know how that goes just can't seem to put it together.
Well this morning it all just came together.
The scalloped edge is from Elegant Edges and the Just A Note is a die cut from www.creativetimeforme.com

One of Emma die cuts and stamps.  This week she is previewing her new stamps.  Stop by and check them out.

The flowers are my cuts from inked photo paper.

Dance of the Butterflies

For this card I inked the photo paper first.  Then I cut out all the Butterflies with the Martha Stewart punch.
I Cut out a shape for the card front with a die cut and backed it with pink vellum and added all the Butterflies one at a time connecting them but leaving an open feeling so you can see through the window.
It is just beautiful in person.
This is my entry for the Fantabulous Cricut Challenge Me Monday #72 Lets Get Buggy.

Baby Buggy

This is my second baby card this week.  Its been a while and they are really fun to make.
I used Sugar and Spice and the color request was Pink and Brown as you can see.
The words are from My Pink Stamper "Sweet Baby" set.  The flower paper is from MS.
Buggy is cut at 4.5"

Well thanks for stopping.

15

Hi everyone.  This was a special request from a friend.
Quinceañera, or simply quince, is the celebration of a girl's fifteenth birthday in parts ofLatin America and elsewhere in communities of immigrants from Latin America. This birthday is celebrated differently from any other birthday, as it marks the transition from childhood to young womanhood.[1] The celebration, however, varies significantly across countries, with celebrations in some countries taking on, for example, more religious overtones than in others.

I hope I captured what she wanted.  This is also the colors of her dress.

Enjoy!

God Bless

Good evening to all.  I hope everyone had a great weekend.  I have been busy with dogie baths.  Two on Friday, two on Saturday and two today.  I am done now for two weeks.  I just love when they are all clean and white.
I have also been busy in my Craft Room finishing a few job I had this week.  This card is for a friend to give to a fellow worker who just had a baby girl. I used the Sugar and Spice Lite cartridge, Martha Stewart paper for the card base and Paper Lazer for the background and the Lamb.  I used MS punch for the corners and also added the paper to the envelope and corner punched the tip. This will go out tomorrow.
Well off to finish my thank you cards.  Thanks for stopping see you tomorrow.

Chic

Hope everyone is staying cool.  I have a cool chic card for you today.
Went into my older cartridges and found this design from Forever Young to work with.  I had just purchased this animal print Duck Tape and thought the two were made for each other.
Hope you enjoy.

Inking Photo Paper 2

I am back with another photo paper project.  I have had a lot of fun today with this.  I tried different inks and the Tim Holtz Distressed ink worked the best.  I really like the look you get with the glossy photo paper.  It really add pizzazz to the card or project.  I have another video for you also on this.

Inking Photo Paper

So this morning I was watch YouTube, Stamp TV with Gina K. and she was showing an inking process which was interesting.  So I went to my think mode and did it a little different than what she showed.

I did a video on this technique.  It is really a fun way to add a new process to you Scrapping.

The plaid background is the main event here.
