Peachy Keen Stamps :: Sketch Challenge 67 - Designers' Choice

Designers choice challenge I used my favorite Penguin stamp and colored her in with Copic markers and some glitter.  Added the lights and there you have another cute PK project.
The sentiment is from Creative Time For Me, gift card sentiments.
