Formal Affair

Last night I was YouTube surfing and came across this video of a lady making Wedding Dresses.  OMG
she is amazing.  Her blog is valitasfreshfolds.blogspot.com.  Beautiful work.

So here is my first try of her Wedding Dress. She used Nestabilities for her dress.  I just used different colors to make it a formal dress  instead of a Wedding Dress.  Mine is all made with the Art Philosophy cartridge, the dress the flowers and the flourishes.  Enjoy

My flowers are Creative Time Dies Flower Petal Dies
Leaves are from the AP cartridge and overlaid  with leaf ribbon.  The stamp is also from CTM All Around Everything and All Around Everything Accessories and the Scallop & Stitched Circle Die.

Nifty Fifties

For this challenge I used the Nifty Fifty Cartridge
I used photo paper to make the car look like it just had an "Earl Schribe" paint job.  Showing my age.
All layers of the car are cut at 2"

Flowers

These beautiful flowers are made with the Art Philosophy Cartridge.  Easy Peasy with the quilling tool.

Peachy Challenge 14 :: Color Inspiration

Good morning and happy Sunday to all.  Its been a while since I have joined you for a challenge

Been away visiting family and having fun.

Good to be back home and crafting again.  Also as some of you may notice I had a remake of my 

Blog while I was away.  Thank goodness for Iphone I was still able to oversee the process.

Roses Are Red

Her is another Paper Mache box.  This one is 5" and covered with three different papers.
Also I painted the bottom black to give a finished and complete look.  The flower and leaves are
cut from the Art Phil. cartridge and hand rolled with the quilling tool.  Love that tool, it makes it so easy to roll the flowers and they come out perfect.  I added a little rhinestone on the leaf to give
it a dewy look and a little glitter around the edges.
Makes a great gift with or without something special inside.

Monograms

Good afternoon crafters.    I am always looking of a good challenge.  My project was made with the Art Phil. cartridge.  The tag and letter B and the flowers.

Tag was cut at 5" the flowers at 3" and the letter B at 2.5"

A Keep Sake Box for Maria

Just coming back from a visit with my family.  Spending time with the grandchildren was fun.  I have two grandsons and one granddaughter.  Of course most of the things I make go to her.  She is a girly girl and loves jewelry just like her grandmother.  Anyway I made her this cute little box to put on her dresser.  She just had her room painted pinks and purples so I think this will go perfect.  Of course I will be putting something inside as a surprise.
The flowers were cut at 2.5 from the Art Philosophy cartridge and used the quilling tool a must have to make the flowers.

I v'e been away for 10 days visiting my family for Easter.  Got back Sunday and so happy to be back home and crafting.  I was getting crafting withdrawals.
